Although, we believe in delivering the best and authentic products to our clientele; however, the issues may be encountered and the need for refund might arise. To resolve the issue and ensure customer satisfaction, we have prepared the most effective and feasible Refund Policy plan. We want to exceed your expectations in terms of customer satisfaction and providing the quality shopping experience. At Azaro, we offer the convenient and flexible refund process to fulfill your exchange requirements. Below are the key details regarding the policy outlining its fundamentals.

Originality Of The Package

One thing which must be taken care of is that we entertain those refunds where the items are returned back within the 14 days of delivery after you receive your order. There are certain requirements that need to be met which include the original packing of the item along with its essentials and it should be unused. While you plan to return the item for refund, the condition should be retained with originality.

Steps To Process The Refund

When you start intending for the refund, login into your account and go through the order history then select the item you want to send back. When your return request is approved, an email will be sent to you from us providing the guidelines about how to send the item back. By following the guidelines, ship back the item you wish to receive refund for.

Appraising The Item For Approval

When we receive back the item, it undergoes the inspection session by our quality management team. The item will be thoroughly checked for its condition. Once we receive the approval from our team and identify if the condition of item meets our refund criteria, then the process will start. In the otherwise situation, if the item is examined with any damage or defect, it will be returned back to your address.

Receiving The Refund

The refund will take around 7-10 working days to appear in your back account. The timeline varies depending upon the bank and our payment provider. We return the amount using the same payment method through which the payment is made.  It is essential to note that the time these refunds take to appear in your account depend upon your bank or the payment provider. We provide these insights regarding our refund policy to avoid any confusion that may arise during the process.

Conditioning The Partial Refunds

If the returned item receives damage or shows the signs of use which results in affecting its resale value, we may process a partial refund for you that is based on the current state of the item. While in some cases, if deduction for the restocking fees is made from your refund, which is entirely based on the condition of the item if it has undergone any damage or use, then you will be informed about it during the refund process.

Terms Related To Client’s Liability In Courier Partner’s Return Failure

However, in case any mishap occurs at courier partner’s end in failure of returning the product, we ensure resolving the issue as quickly as possible by diligently working with the courier partner. We assume liability of refunds and replacements in such cases given the verification of courier partner’s failure. Moreover, the customers are advised to keep the proofs of return shipments to feasibly make a refund/replacement claim.

Return Amount Not Reversed

Azaro assumes liability in event of return amount not reflected in customer’s bank account. Our team will confirm the refund transactions and ask customer to direct the issue to their payment provider or bank as well. However, if the problem continues more than expected period of time, Azaro will lend assistance in investigating the issue further. It is important to note that our liability is limited to providing the proofs of transactions and helping out to resolve the issue. The reflection of refund amount in customer’s bank depends upon the processing time of the payment provider or bank, through which the transaction was made.
